FAQ's

A 50% retainer is due when booking your session. This payment reserves your date and time and bookings are not finalized until payment is received. Final retainer of the invoice is due the day of the shoot!

01 | What do I need to do to reserve my date?

I look forward to hearing from you! Simply complete the contact info and I will be in touch with your booking info. A signed contract and 50% retainer (applied to your total collection investment) are required to reserve your session. 

07 | I'm ready to book a session! What's next?

We will discuss your vision and my thoughts regarding the session before usually via phone or email. With all of my sessions you have access to my client closet and I will also send you a what to wear guide with some helpful tips along with a link to my Pinterest inspiration board.

02 | How will we know what to wear?

You are able to order professional prints online through your gallery. These prints are created at a professional photo lab on high-end photo paper that will not change color over time and that promises color accuracy. Because these prints are very affordable we recommend printing through your online gallery rather than downloading your images and having them printed elsewhere.

08 | How do we order prints and products?

I love delivering sneak peeks within 48 hours of your session! Your full gallery will be completed within two weeks from your session date, although I try to get them out sooner! Once you’ve received the email and access to your online gallery you may also order professional prints and albums directly from the link I sent you. I do recommend ordering prints through my printing lab as they are wonderful quality and prints ordered elsewhere may vary widely in quality and clarity.

03 | When should expect to see our images?

WEATHER: I will watch the weather reports and make the best call for the session. My goal is to give you the very best photo experience and if I do not feel like we have those conditions we will work together to reschedule, no problem!

SICK KIDDOS- trust me as a mother of two I totally get that things come up and will do everything in my power to work with you to find a new date. I want your kids to show up happy and healthy so I am always willing to work with you on this.

04 | What happens if we have bad weather, a sick kid, or other general issues…

We like to aim for the first two weeks of baby's birth date. We accept a limited number of due dates per month to allow priority to our newborn clients. You'll let us know as soon as you have delivered your sweet baby, and we will set a date for your session

05 | When is best time to take newborn photos?

Absolutely! After seeing your gallery, if you decide you want more images than your collection includes, you will have the option to upgrade to receive all images in your gallery.

06 | Will I be able to upgrade my gallery if I want to receive all the images?
